(SEB) specialises in the provision of risk, investment and administration services to institutions and retirement funds. Focused on meeting the unique needs of its diverse clients, SEB assists companies in creating and delivering customised employee benefits solutions, including the collection of premiums and communication to fund members. What will you do? Interact with internal and external investment platforms to obtain relevant investment information, fees and compliance information in order to compile client investment reports. Perform reasonability checks on data received to assure quality in terms of client reporting. Compile and ensure accurate delivery of investment reports according to set service level agreements. Assist with client and asset manager onboarding, review of service level agreements and ad hoc tasks Update investment databases with market returns. Ensure that the electronic client database structure is maintained and updated with all relevant information, presentations and legal documentation. Provide operational support on the implementation of investment strategies and maintain the client matrix. Resolve queries within the agreed time standards. Assist in managing the roll-out of initiatives and projects that go live in terms of migrating investment reports. Manual calculation of portfolio returns and benchmarks. Assist the Investment Consultant and team in the design, formatting and preparation of presentation packs What will make you successful in this role? B Com or National Diploma equivalent to NQF Level 6 3 – 5 years Investment Administrative experience in the same or broad Investment industry experience Investment analysis Relationship management Advanced Excel and Word skills Working knowledge of Morningstar or other investment reporting tools advantageous PC literacy tests may be conducted on MS Word and Excel packages Strong problem solver Strong ability to organize and prioritize conflicting deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Results focused and passionate about work Time management skills Proactive and can work independently Team player with a positive attitude Innovative and demonstrates initiative Ability to perform well under pressure Good interpersonal skills Qualification and Experience Degree or Diploma and/or required Certification with 3 to 5 years related experience.
